When Karen Miteff woke up this morning little did she know one of her favourite musicians would be visiting her, while in isolation at home in Toronto. The mom of three recently tested positive for COVID-19 and thought today (her birthday) would be spent alone in her room isolating herself from the rest of her family.

But to everyone's surprise, a birthday delivery came bringing the family a box of Craig's Cookies along with one of Canada's most well known frontmen. When the Arkells told the Miteff family they wanted to send them cookies, nobody suspected that Max Kerman himself would be the one doing the delivery. Karen and Max even got a special birthday photo together, while making sure they remained at a safe social distance.

The alternative rock band from Hamilton have been on an upward climb the past few years, garnering more and more popularity across the country. In 2018 they released Rally Cry, and began to represent Canada at some of the biggest American festivals like Austin City Limits and Coachella.
