Musicians Honour Legendary Guitarist Eddie Van Halen
Tributes on social media continue to pour in after Eddie Van Halen passed away yesterday at age 65. The Van Halen guitarist was known for pioneering the sounds of the 80s and influenced generations of guitar players to pick up the instrument he was best known for. The announcement was made yesterday by his son Wolfgang after the guitarist lost his 20 year battle to cancer. Van Halen continues to leave their mark on rock n' roll history, having sold more than 75 million albums globally.
